Aroma: Poached pear with warm spice
Palate: Quince, pear and cinnamon.
Ageing potential: Drinking well now, and will continue to develop over the next few years.
Winemaking: The fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards in the Waipara and Marlborough regions of New Zealand’s South Island. Inoculated with selected yeast strains and fermented in stainless steel with some lees stirring.
